Our practical, short courses are developed for small groups with a maximum of 8 people to provide individual attention and quality learning in a friendly environment. They are presented by qualified trainers using an interactive workshop approach with opportunities provided throughout to practice skills and reinforce concepts learnt. Participants will learn new skills and how to apply them to their individual workplace whether using manual or computer records.
All participants receive a comprehensive manual and follow-up telephone support.
The courses are at affordable rates and training vouchers may be available for eligible businesses to assist with the cost of training.
